No. The neighboring Hannah Ridge community (ZIP 80922) split from Feathergrass HOA in 2017 and is a separate homeowners association. Its recorded subdivision name, “Hannah Ridge at Feathergrass,” is the plat name only — homes there (on Hannah Ridge Dr, Equine Ct, Pony Club Ln, and nearby streets) are not governed or managed by The Communities at Feathergrass HOA. Our HOA covers the Jessica Heights and Wilshire subdivisions in ZIP 80915.
